We are open from 10AM-8PM Monday through Thursday.  Our Saturday and Sunday classes are at 8AM and 9:30AM.  You can book a class here >>

What kind of classes do we offer? 

Our classes are 26, Flō, Sculpt,  Core and Yin.  Our classes are carefully designed to build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body and give you a good cardio workout. You can read more about each class on our class descriptions page here >> ​
