We are open 7 days a week.  Our classes begin at 6AM and our last class is at 7:15PM Monday through Friday.   We are open Saturdays and Sundays from 8AM-11:30AM.  Our class schedule page is here >>

What kind of classes do we offer? 

All of our classes are heated to 105°F except Yin and Sound Bath.  Our heated classes are 26, Flō, Sculpt and Core.  Our classes are carefully designed to build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body. You can read more about each class on our class descriptions page here >> ​

Looking for Yoga Teacher Training?

Our Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program is an in person course.  Our 200 hour training prepares you to teach the 26 class and our 300 hour training prepares you to teach Flō, Sculpt, Core, and Yin.  These courses certify you to register as an internationally recognized yoga teacher as an RYT200 and an RYT500 with Yoga Alliance.   Find out more >>
