New to Yoga?

What should I wear to class?

You will get sweaty!  Wear something comfortable that you can sweat and move in.  No sweatsuits will be allowed in the hot room.  You can wear shorts, t-shirts, yoga pants, sports bras, or tanks.  We have yoga attire for sale at the front desk if you need it.  You will be barefoot in class.  There is a place to leave your shoes in the lobby.  We have lockers for you to lock your valuables in- so bring a lock or you can purchase one a the front desk.

What equipment do I need?

Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.  A hand towel to wipe your sweat will be helpful and a large towel to go over your mat will keep you from slipping on your mat.  We have a water refill station in the lobby and water bottles to purchase if you need one.  We also have mats and yoga towels for sale at the front desk.

How long is each class?

The 26 class is 45 minutes Monday thru Saturday and the Sunday class is 1 hour.  The Flō class is 60 minutes.  The Sculpt, Core and Yin morning classes are 45 minutes and the evening classes are 60 minutes.

Book a Meditation Chamber

A place where you can practice with just you, a mirror, and your mat...

Our Meditation Chambers use patent pending technology.  They are silent, private rooms and are heated to 105°F.   When class begins, your demonstrator appears in the mirror and leads you through class as if they were your mirror image.  These rooms are available as part of our memberships or can be booked for $28 per session.

It is recommended that you take the 9:30AM 26 class on Sundays before you book a Meditation Chamber.  The Sunday morning 26 class is with a certified teacher who can watch your practice and make sure you understand the postures that you will be practicing in the Meditation Chambers.
